Online Guided
Fully remote, wherever you live. From week one you practise on your own models, hand in your work and get feedback from the educators.
Best for those who want maximum flexibility and do not need or want to travel.
Learning path
Hybrid
Online learning plus monthly evening classes in Amsterdam.
Best for those who want regular live practice spread over the months, within travelling distance of Amsterdam.

Immersion
Online learning plus one continuous block of days in the Netherlands: 5 days make-up, 4 days hairstyling, 9 if you take both.
Best for those who want to learn live but not travel every week for months: you prepare flexibly, then plan one focused period.

Where the difference is
All three: the same JDO Method, the same assignments, the same certificate. This is what comes on top.
With Online Guided you work through the modules online and receive your certificate digitally. With Hybrid and Immersion live teaching is added, plus a professional final shoot, and you receive your certificate printed and in person.
So the difference is not in what you learn, but in how much time you spend in the same room as us. What does differ per programme: make-up finishes with an exam, hairstyling does not.
You pay in one go, with a 5% discount on Hybrid and Immersion, or in instalments through Klarna; taking both programmes the duo benefit applies instead of the 5%. You start the day you enrol, whichever learning path you choose.

In one payment
On Hybrid and Immersion you receive a 5% discount when you pay the tuition in one go. Online Guided stays at the regular price. Taking both programmes, the duo benefit applies instead of the 5%.
In instalments
On some learning paths you can spread the payment, directly or through Klarna where it is available. What is possible exactly, you see on the learning path itself.

When I started I already had a feel for make-up, but I often doubted whether I was doing it technically right. Through the JDO Method I began to understand much better why something does or doesn't work on a face. I now work with far more confidence and really dare to make my own choices.
I already worked with hair, but I noticed I kept falling back on the same techniques and styles. During the Hairstyling Class I learned to look at shape, balance and finish differently. I now have many more possibilities and, above all, much more confidence in my own creativity.
