Founder
Born from a desire to take others further.
For more than 25 years, Juliëtte den Ouden has worked internationally as an award-winning Hair & Make-up Artist and educator. From fashion and editorial to campaigns, award-winning collections and education worldwide. But behind all those images and experiences, she discovered what truly drives her: not only creating beautiful work, but helping people discover what is possible within themselves.
Juliëtte saw how much talent exists in the creative industry, and how many professionals lose their energy, confidence or direction along the way. That is why she developed the JDO Method and built the Academy and JDO Collective: a place where craftsmanship, creativity, wellbeing and human connection come together.
So that creative professionals not only get better at what they do, but shape their future with confidence, energy and a signature of their own.
