Do you have a question?

We have answered the most common questions for you already.

Are flights and transfers included?

No. The full programme, your stay at OKU Hotel Ibiza and the shared dinners are included in the price. You arrange and pay for your flight and the transfers to and from the hotel yourself, so you choose when you arrive and leave.

Who do I share my room with?

By default you stay in a shared room with another participant. If you would rather be on your own, a limited number of single rooms are available for a surcharge. Let us know when you book and we will arrange it personally.

Who is the Hair Business Summit for?

For salon owners and industry leaders who deliberately invest in their development. You get the most out of it if you carry responsibility for the direction of a salon or team, and you are ready for distance and sharper choices.

In what language is the programme delivered?

The full programme is in Dutch.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. You pay in one go, or you spread the cost: iDEAL in 3 instalments (NL), or Klarna over more instalments where available. Credit card and PayPal work in every country. You see all options at checkout.

Is booking through my business possible?

Yes. Enter your company details as the billing address at checkout and the confirmation will be in your company name. If you need a specific invoice, send us an email and we will take care of it.

Why does the price change during the sale?

The earlier you book, the lower the rate. The price you see when you book is the price you pay.

What happens if I unexpectedly cannot attend?

Get in touch and we will look at what is possible together. Often your place can be transferred to a colleague from your salon.
