International Hair & Make-up Artist, award-winning educator and founder of JDO Collective, with more than 25 years of experience in the international beauty and fashion industry.
Throughout her career, Juliette has worked across fashion, editorial and education, building her expertise around technical excellence, creativity and developing the next generation of beauty professionals.
Alongside her work as an artist and educator, Juliette is a wellbeing facilitator focused on energy, focus and sustainable performance. During Unlock Your Creativity she leads the technical hair education and guides the moments that help you reset and recharge, helping professionals work with more focus, confidence and lasting energy.

Fabio Campanella
Movement facilitator, circle facilitator and coach in personal growth and human connection.
With over 16 years of experience in the international fashion industry, Fabio has worked with iconic brands including Gucci, Brioni, Balenciaga and Bottega Veneta. His journey led him beyond external image, exploring the connection between movement, presence, personal power and authentic expression.
For more than nine years, Fabio taught Odaka Yoga, combining yoga, Tai Chi and fluid movement. He is also the author of The Power of Your Voice, exploring voice and vocal frequency as tools for deeper human connection.
During Unlock Your Creativity, Fabio guides the meditation and movement experiences, helping participants step out of familiar patterns, release tension and reconnect with their creative expression and presence.

Do I need to bring a model?
No, you don't need to arrange anything yourself. We take care of the setup for the demonstrations and the hands-on training. You only bring yourself and your own tools if you prefer to work with them. The full practical details follow after booking.
What level do I need to be at?
Unlock Your Creativity is designed for working hair professionals, from salon employees to owners and freelancers. You'll get the most out of it if you already work behind the chair and want to grow creatively.
Is the meditation and movement part obligatory?
These sessions are a natural part of the experience and are there to help you slow down, reset and unlock your creativity. They are gentle and accessible, and you take part at your own pace.
Are travel and accommodation included?
Travel and accommodation are not included in the price. Once the full location is confirmed, we'll share recommendations so you can plan your stay with ease.
