How it works
The Online Guided learning path combines the flexibility of a 100% online make-up artist course with the power of personal guidance through monthly JDO Academy Sessions and feedback, wherever you live.

Learn online at your own pace
Through the JDO learning platform you follow the complete JDO Method step by step. Each week a new lesson is released online, with assignments and exercises you work through at your own pace, on your own schedule, and, during your access, revisit as often as you like.

JDO Academy Sessions
A JDO Academy Session is a monthly live online group call with Juliette and her team: your fixed moment for guidance and direction. Not a classroom lesson, but live space to ask your questions about the assignments, get direction and stay connected with students from all learning paths, wherever in the world they started. That way you stay guided, sharp and on course throughout your entire education. The sessions take place in the evening (CET) and are recorded, so you can rewatch them in any time zone.

Exam & JDO Certificate
Along the way your homework is reviewed and assessed by the JDO team, with personal feedback. You finish with an exam: you submit your portfolio, all your work compiled, which we assess. Once you pass, you receive the JDO Make-up Certificate. You receive all exam details on enrolment.

Reviews
As an international student, regularly travelling to an academy in the Netherlands wasn't realistic. With Online Guided I could complete the JDO Method from my own country, with personal feedback and live guidance. I never felt like I was studying alone and built professional techniques and a portfolio.
With a family and a busy job I couldn't attend a physical academy every week. Online Guided gave me the freedom to learn at the moments that were feasible at home, with guidance that provided structure. I now work part-time as a make-up artist and can organise my own time.
A full on-site training wasn't feasible for me. Through Online Guided I could still learn to work professionally alongside my job. After completing it I started as a beauty consultant, where I use my product knowledge and make-up techniques every day.
